Job Description

The Agile Business Analyst analyzes the work context, business needs, business processes, and proposes work processes and procedures aimed at efficiency and achieving desired results.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, translate, and document business and stakeholder needs based on objectives;
  • Elicit, translate, and document business and stakeholder requirements;
  • Propose target business processes and procedures related to the business solution to be developed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis related to business solution definition;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business analysis within an IT project in agile mode;
  • Mastery of Babok business analysis methods;
  • Mastery of BPMN 2.0 business process modeling methods;
  • Basic knowledge of the Enterprise Architect tool;
  • IIBA certification or any other comparable certification (the exam will be held in person).
