Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer to work with a large retail client. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of retail merchandising systems, retail price management, and retail sales audit systems.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure business requirements are well understood and test cases/strategy are defined
  • Be hands-on with Oracle Retail Suite of Products (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB)
  • Partner with other QA teams to design test cases and execution plans
  • Support troubleshooting and develop automation scripts in the inventory area

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer with retail merchandising systems, leadership experience, proficiency in interacting with business stakeholders, strong test plan development and execution experience, experience with AWS, Shell scripting, and Linux scripts.
