Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide regional HR leadership and strategic business partnership to Operations and Commercial Sales teams in Calgary, Edmonton & Winnipeg.

Responsibilities

Building positive relationships to support local business needs
Coaching leaders and contributing to skill development
Leading talent management processes and succession planning
Handling investigations on employee and labour relations issues
Participating in HR strategies, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in labour relations
Strong HR expertise in organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, etc.
Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
