Job Description

Seeking a Service Desk Analyst with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills to provide support for business-critical systems.

Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for Service Desk activities

- Follow established procedures within the Service Desk team

- Analyze problems and assist in developing recommendations and solutions

Qualifications

- 2-5 years' experience in IT Service Desk / Help Desk / Technical Support role

- Bilingual in French and English

- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA Service Desk
