Job Description

TurF is seeking an experienced Active Product Developer to help bring the activewear brand's vision to life.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product development process
Partner with design and factory to develop seasonal collections
Source innovative fabrics, trims, and techniques
Create detailed tech packs, BOMs, and CADs
Manage sample development process and track calendars
Work closely with vendors and manufacturers
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and merchandising

Qualifications

5+ years of activewear or performance-based apparel development
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric performance, and fit
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and PLM systems
Proven experience managing product development
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Passion for movement, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle
