Job Description

Seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee regional HR operations and services, lead a team of HR Advisors, and collaborate with site leadership to deliver key HR processes.

Responsibilities

Partnering with internal client groups on their business plans and identifying necessary Human Resources initiatives
Monitoring HR trends and developing strategies to address potential gaps
Managing and developing the performance of the regional HR Advisory team
Implementing HR reporting and metrics
Consulting with company leadership on HR issues

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Proven managerial experience in HR and Employee Relations
Expertise in managing complex HR projects
CHRP designation preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, basic knowledge in French
