Lead a team of HR Advisors supporting internal business groups
Align HR operations with business strategies and regional initiatives
Deliver cyclical HR processes and site-specific programs
Support organizational change through leadership coaching and advisory
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and proactively address potential issues
Manage and implement regional HR projects in alignment with global best practices
Advise leadership on complex HR and employee relations matters
Promote a high-performing culture aligned with company values
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline
Progressive leadership experience in HR and employee relations
Strong background in managing complex HR projects and operational teams
Professional HR designation (e.g., CHRP) is preferred
Proactive and innovative mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of French is an asset
Experience in a large-scale, multi-site, or industrial setting is an advantage
