Job Description

Synechron is seeking a Design Manager to oversee the design aspects of product development and ensure high-quality user experience and user interface across digital products.

Responsibilities

Design Management:

Oversee design aspects of product development from concept to launch.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
Address and resolve design-related issues.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Design Execution:

Lead design process for ongoing products.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Ensure design consistency across various products and platforms.
Integrate user feedback into the design process.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work with designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Communicate design concepts effectively.
Facilitate design reviews and discussions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

8+ years of product design experience.
2+ years as people manager in a large organization.
Strong communicator and customer advocate.
Ability to lead design initiatives and collaborate with teams.
Proficient in design, prototyping, and project management tools.
