Job Description

Join our team as a Loss Prevention Agent at Holt Renfrew. Protect and maintain company assets while ensuring a safe environment for clients and associates.

Responsibilities

Open and close the store following procedures
Perform audits and inventory control
Support operations and sales teams
Conduct routine floor walks and inspections
Maintain confidentiality
Monitor CCTV systems
Conduct internal and external investigations
Apprehend shoplifters
Testify at criminal proceedings
Comply with Health & Safety policies
Respond to emergencies
Advocate for Health and Safety in the store

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in Loss Prevention or Security role
Valid provincial security license
Valid first aid, CPR, and AED certificates
Customer service skills
Investigative and interview training a plus
Problem-solving skills
Clear communication and reporting
