Responsibilities

Demonstrate customer-centric selling culture
Optimize store results through action plans
Contribute ideas for increased productivity
Train new associates and coach on customer service
Resolve customer service matters
Oversee store operations efficiency
Provide feedback to team and management
Ensure adherence to company policies
Perform opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

1+ years experience in retail apparel
Leadership skills
Experience with POS management
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Passion for exceptional customer experience
Availability for varied shifts
