Responsibilities

Demonstrate customer obsessed selling culture
Optimize results through action plans
Contribute ideas for increased productivity
Assist in onboarding and training new associates
Provide feedback and resolve customer service matters
Delegate tasks and maximize store efficiency
Communicate performance feedback to management
Ensure adherence to company policies
Perform opening, closing, and inventory duties

Qualifications

1+ years experience in retail apparel
Proven ability to lead a sales team
Experience with POS management
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Passion for exceptional customer experience
Collaborative yet self-motivated
Available for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
