Join Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company, as a Senior Estimator specializing in Transit/Rail Systems estimation. Work on linewide transit/rail systems elements, review estimates for accuracy, maintain relationships with contractors and clients, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed cost estimates for transit/rail systems elements
Review quantities against design and technical specifications
Ensure quality control and contractual compliance
Maintain relationships with contractors and clients
Collaborate with design and construction teams and other stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional certifications in Quantity Surveying or construction estimating
10 years of estimating experience in construction industry
Working knowledge of estimating processes and procedures
Experience in estimating transit projects
