Job Description

Seeking an experienced Backend Java Developer to support the decommissioning of a legacy credit trading platform and migration to the firm's next-generation Global Markets Transaction Capture (GMTC) platform.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and innovative ideas for development design and integration with other components
Develop and maintain backend services for trading platforms
Support decommissioning of legacy systems and migration to GMT
Handle integration with external trading venues
Ensure stability, high performance, and accuracy of trading data flows

Qualifications

7+ years of backend software development experience, primarily in Java
Experience in AWS cloud-based development
Strong understanding of FIX protocol, IBM MQ, and real-time messaging
Background working with high-performance, real-time streaming systems
Excellent communication skills
