Job Description

The Team Lead is responsible for linking the leadership team and sales associates, assisting in store operations, and motivating the team to exceed goals.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a customer-focused selling culture and build brand loyalty
Partner with store management to optimize results and ensure effective execution of store operational activities
Contribute ideas and solutions for increased productivity and improved store operations
Assist in new associate onboarding and trainings
Coach associates on customer service fundamentals
Resolve customer service matters
Oversee and delegate tasks to maximize store operations efficiency
Communicate performance feedback to store management
Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines
Perform opening and closing procedures, as well as inventory duties

Qualifications

1+ years of related experience in retail apparel environment
Proven ability to lead a sales team
Experience with POS management, banking procedures, and reporting
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Passion for exceptional customer experience
Availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays
