Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive territory business plan including objectives and plans for key accounts.
Cultivate new business through various channels, seeking out new opportunities.
Execute the organization's sales process, record sales activity, and gather account information.
Build strong relationships with customers and address any inquiries or problems.
Conduct training sessions, share product updates, and participate in promotions or events.
Represent the company at Trade Shows as required.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Business Administration specializing in Sales & Marketing (Asset).
At least 3 years in a Field Sales role.
Experience in automotive or commercial industries, selling lubricants or consumer packaged goods.
Experience using a CRM.
Proven ability in territory sales, merchandising, and selling to direct accounts.
