Join our team at Employezz as a Customer Service Team Lead, where you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Customer Service Representatives to achieve sales and service targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Develop strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
  • Implement sales strategies and support lead generation efforts
  • Maintain and analyze CRM data for sales activity
  • Resolve customer issues and quality concerns
  • Train CSRs on communication and problem-solving skills
  • Set and monitor team goals and key performance metrics
  • Identify process improvements for productivity and service quality

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of B2B sales or customer service experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing customer service teams
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer service best practices
