Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving, acknowledging, and processing all customer orders while working closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders via email, phone, web portals
  • Respond to all emails and inquiries promptly
  • Schedule appointments for drivers
  • Complete necessary paperwork related to US customs regulations
  • Notify customers of substitutions and shortages
  • Proactively engage in upselling and cross-selling products to customers

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of office environment experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Sage accounting software
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
