Job Description

Join Poka as an Account Manager to drive growth and deepen relationships with medium to enterprise clients in the manufacturing sector. Be part of a collaborative team to deliver value and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow sales relationships with assigned accounts
  • Lead the sales process on assigned opportunities from need analysis to closing
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support renewals
  • Build compelling business cases aligned with customer priorities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Services teams
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and activity in Salesforce
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations and respond to client needs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in account management, customer success, or software implementation
  • SaaS experience is essential (B2B, mid-to-enterprise preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing sector is a major plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French or other languages are a bonus)
  • Good change management skills, navigating stakeholders, and building long-term value
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Willingness to travel (typically 1 - 2 client visits per month)
