Job Description

Join a dynamic team at Employezz as an Event Project Manager. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing exceptional events to ensure project success and deliver unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage all stages of events from concept to realization
  • Develop and monitor production budgets
  • Supervise coordinators and on-site teams
  • Manage logistics, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee event production
  • Ensure flawless technical execution (scenography, equipment, signage, etc.)
  • Improve event management tools and processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of event management experience (agency experience in Montreal is a plus)
  • Degree in project management, marketing, administration, or related field
  • Fluency in French and English with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
