Job Description

Join our team as an insurance claims specialist focusing on lifestyle and recreation products. You will be responsible for processing insurance claims, particularly for recreational vehicles and boats.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze policies, evaluations, and technical reports to determine claim amounts and negotiate settlements.
Process pending insurance claims for lifestyle and auto products.
Provide advice to clients on specialized products and offer exceptional customer service.
Maintain detailed records following established protocols.
Participate in projects and provide feedback on processes regularly.
Collaborate with claims teams in other provinces.

Qualifications

1-2 years of property or auto claims processing experience.
Experience in processing claims for specialized products such as recreational vehicles and boats.
Passion for lifestyle claims and customer service.
Customer service experience.
Bilingualism required (English & French).
Valid AMF claims adjuster license.
Post-secondary education diploma.
