Job Description

Employezz is looking for a highly skilled Cloud Operations Manager to lead and optimize our Azure cloud infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate will ensure scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud environments while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead the Cloud Operations team to ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud-based applications and services.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for cloud operations, aligning with business objectives.
Oversee incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies for cloud environments.
Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) adoption to improve efficiency.
Optimize cloud cost management and governance to ensure cost-effective usage of resources.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to enforce best practices.
Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the team.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Certifications in cloud technologies.
10+ years of IT operations experience with 5 years in cloud services.
Experience managing cloud environments at an enterprise scale.
Strong understanding of automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools.
Deep knowledge of networking, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
