The Senior Technical Support Specialist will provide expert-level technical assistance and strategic support to customers, partners, and cross-functional teams. This role involves resolving complex technical issues, leading support process improvement, managing professional service projects, deploying software solutions, onboarding new customers, and engaging in optimizing team tools, processes, and customer issues.
