Job Description

Seeking dedicated Electrician for immediate opening at a fly-in camp in Terrace, British Columbia. Work in a stunning environment on important mining and construction projects.

Responsibilities

Inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical components
Testing circuits and connections using electrical test equipment
Inspecting equipment and ensuring proper maintenance and repairs
Ordering electrical parts
Site clean-up and rubbish removal
Following building code regulations

Qualifications

3 years experience as a construction field electrician in a camp environment
Certified Journeyman Electrician (Red Seal) required
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and on a rotation schedule
Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
