Job Description

A3 Surfaces is seeking a passionate and organized Sales Operations Manager to support our growth and ensure the efficiency of our internal sales processes. Reporting directly to the general management, you will play a strategic role in sales coordination, logistics, procurement, and customer relations.

Responsibilities

Support the general manager in maintaining existing sales.
Assist the production supervisor in setting priorities and analyzing costs.
Manage logistics, procurement, and purchases: supplier evaluation, stock monitoring, cost control.
Ensure customer service and order tracking, in collaboration with production and shipping teams.
Produce sales performance reports, analyze trends, and recommend strategic adjustments.
Maintain and optimize internal sales processes, including CRM usage.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the company.

Qualifications

College or University degree.
Experience in an industrial environment (an asset).
Relevant experience in internal sales management, operations coordination, or strategic sales support.
Excellent analytical, planning, and prioritization skills.
Leadership skills, team spirit.
Knowledge of CRM and office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Bilingualism (French/English) required.
Demonstrate autonomy.
