Job Description

Join FYi, an industrial design house in Squamish, BC, as a Full-Cycle Bookkeeper & Office Manager. This role involves managing financial operations and office tasks to ensure smooth studio operations.

Responsibilities

Full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing. Manage payroll, benefits administration, timesheets, purchase orders, tax compliance, financial reporting, and more.

Office management tasks include organization, supply orders, shipping, receiving, event support, mail handling, and assistance to Co-Founders and Chief of Staff.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping and office management experience. Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, payroll processing, tax filings, financial reporting, and office management tools. Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
