Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Estimator in the ICI construction sector. Prepare accurate estimates for new-build and tenant improvement projects. Collaborate with a dynamic team on diverse project portfolio.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for ICI construction projects
Review architectural, structural, and engineering plans and specifications
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for pricing
Analyze bids and proposals for competitiveness
Prepare final estimate packages for review
Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving alternatives
Maintain historical cost data for continuous improvement
Participate in pre-construction meetings

Qualifications

7+ years of estimating experience in ICI construction
Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Proficiency in estimating software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Diploma or degree in construction management or related field preferred
