Job Description

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst with expertise in scripting and data processing to support Data Management users in processing client files through Swiss Re's in-house tool, ELF.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Data Management users to understand file handling needs and design automated workflows using the ELF tool.
Create and execute scripts in ELF for tasks such as copying, renaming, moving files, and other file operations.
Process various file formats including Excel, CSV, PDFs, and flat files efficiently.
Handle client data processing workflows for multiple clients, focusing on the LATAM region.
Identify gaps in ELF's functionality and work with the development team to implement new features.
Maintain clear documentation for scripts and workflows.
Provide end-user support and optimize repetitive tasks for efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in scripting or automation, with expertise in Python.
Hands-on experience in file operations like renaming, copying, moving, and lookups.
Familiarity with handling various data formats including Excel, CSV, and PDFs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client workflows.
