Responsibilities

Facilitate change management for the ERP and continue continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct financial analysis of proposals and financial clauses in contracts
Analyze financial results and identify trends/issues
Develop sector budgets and quarterly projections
Manage a team of analysts and project accountants
Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards
Collaborate with internal and external auditors

Qualifications

University degree in accounting with a CPA title (an asset)
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple project priorities
