Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Copart provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. They are responsible for obtaining the release of vehicles from various locations and providing office support functions as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart
Obtain the release of vehicles from various locations
Offer solutions to meet customer needs
Answer and place calls in a professional manner
Focus on call resolution and use company resources to gather information

Qualifications

One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
High School diploma
Excellent customer service skills and attitude
Proficient with office equipment
Computer proficiency - MS Suite
Professional appearance
