Responsibilities

  • Assist account managers in developing accurate media presentations and proposals.
  • Manage contracts in media systems, handle registrations, revisions, and campaign management.
  • Communicate effectively between account managers and clients.
  • Produce activity reports for account managers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure campaign details are followed up.
  • Work on projects independently and within a team.
  • Maintain client records with relevant details.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
  • College/University education in marketing, administration, or related field.
  • Experience in media and advertising is an asset.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, discretion, and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Independence, resourcefulness, openness to innovation and change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to work in a team.
