Job Description

Groupe Robert is currently seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the evening shift. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Groupe Robert's values and goals.

Responsibilities

Ensure a safe work environment
Manage the personnel under supervision
Identify key performance indicators and monitor them
Continuous improvement of operations
Ensure high customer service satisfaction
Maintain good working relationships
Conduct annual employee evaluations
Provide integration, training, coaching, and guidance to employees
Enforce company policies and procedures
Respect ISO standards
Perform other related tasks

Qualifications

Professional training in logistics, operations management, or related field
3-5 years of personnel supervision experience
Experience in a unionized environment is an asset
Computer knowledge (SAP, Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
Proficiency in written and spoken French and English
Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational skills
Excellent stress management
