Job Description

Compass Digital is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead and build teams of leaders, oversee technical governance, and drive innovative problem-solving initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile principles and software development practices.

Responsibilities

Lead and build teams of leaders
Identify best practices for processes and technical governance
Ensure appropriate technical and product decisions are made
Work with management to launch new initiatives
Encourage innovative problem solving and skill building
Address systemic issues in the pipeline

Qualifications

3+ years in a management role with direct reports
5+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong understanding of Agile principles
Experience in iterative development and continuous integration
