Job Description

KGS Group is seeking a Director of Information Technology to provide company-wide technology support across multiple organizations, overseeing the management of IT departments and development teams to drive efficient and effective technology operations.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

Develop and implement a technology strategy aligned with business goals
Lead digital transformation initiatives for operational efficiency
Integrate new technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Manage IT infrastructure optimization and governance
Oversee cybersecurity strategy and risk management
Mentor IT department employees and lead vendor selection
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Engage with stakeholders to align IT strategy with business objectives

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
10+ years experience in IT leadership and cybersecurity
Expertise in technology management and network security
Strong knowledge of SaaS, hardware integration, and data analytics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven leadership abilities with a focus on innovation
