Responsibilities

Process financial transactions accurately
Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
Resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary

Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and internet usage
Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
