Job Description

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a motivated AI Product Owner with experience in Data Analytics and Python. The role involves developing and supporting solutions focused on contact center BOTs.

Responsibilities

Work with the Global Advanced Customer Analytics team to develop and support solutions for contact center BOTs
Utilize Machine Learning and latest advancements in LLMs to solve high-impact business problems
Collaborate with various teams to translate requirements into technical backlog and deliver high-quality solutions
Drive data requirements conversations and design efficient strategies for answer generation
Monitor user feedback to improve BOT response quality and enhance solutions

Qualifications

Proven experience as a ML Engineer with a focus on generative AI and RAG applications
Proficiency in Python, Pyspark, Azure AI, and OpenAI
Experience in optimizing model accuracy and supporting production applications
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Knowledge of React or equivalent UI frameworks is a plus
