Job Description

Employezz is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join the finance team on-site. The ideal candidate will provide critical financial analysis, reporting, and accounting support to ensure the integrity of financial data.

Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accurately
Prepare timely financial statements and reports
Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards
Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes
Support internal and external audits
Provide guidance to junior accounting staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred
3+ years of accounting experience with focus on financial reporting
Strong technical accounting skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/accounting systems
Detail-oriented and organized
Excellent communication skills
