Job Description

Join our team at Playground as an Accounts Payable Clerk. You will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate payments.

Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices for payment and reconcile accounts
Review and verify invoiced amounts, purchase orders, and expense reports
Follow up on communications related to accounts payable
Prepare and process payments by check, e-transfer, and credit card
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Assist in coordinating with other divisions

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in an AP role
Proficiency in Sage/Microsoft/Google Docs
DEP in accounting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
