Responsibilities

Develop, plan, execute, and monitor various IT, operational technology, and business intelligence projects
Collaborate with the IT Director to implement IT roadmap
Prioritize resource allocation based on project priorities and budget
Manage project budgets and define operational plans for IT applications
Ensure implementation and operation of IT applications to improve efficiency and accessibility
Define and execute business process transformation projects
Oversee data governance, architecture, and management
Mentor and motivate team members

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
15+ years of relevant technology experience, including 7+ years in project management
Experience with SAP S4/Hana and enterprise-level applications
Agile Scrum Master certification (preferred)
Proficiency in English
