Job Description

Atlantic Tire King is seeking a Sales Marketing Manager to unify brand messaging, accelerate revenue, and coach an energetic sales team across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Set monthly volume, margin, and attach-rate targets
Mentor inside-sales team and create product knowledge guides
Manage omnichannel marketing plan
Refresh product catalogue and implement click-and-collect funnel
Negotiate co-op marketing funds with partners
Track competitor pricing and provide actionable recommendations

Qualifications

2+ years sales or marketing experience in retail automotive
Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business or Marketing
Hands-on fluency with social platforms and Google Ads
Solid leadership presence
