Responsibilities

Oversee full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Develop and implement search strategies using job boards, social media, and networking
Maintain relationships with post-secondary institutions for campus recruitment
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes
Provide coaching and training to hiring leaders
Maintain Applicant Tracking System and candidate records

Qualifications

5-10 years experience in recruiting within Engineering or Construction
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
Registered Professional Recruiter designation preferred
