Job Description

Join Bantrel as a Recruitment Specialist and be responsible for executing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, championing diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

Oversee full recruitment process from job postings to onboarding
Implement search strategies using various channels
Maintain relationships with post-secondary institutions
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes
Provide coaching and training to hiring leaders
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System
Stay informed about industry trends

Qualifications

5-10 years of recruitment experience
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
Registered Professional Recruiter designation is an asset
Strong understanding of recruitment processes
Deadline driven and results-oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
