Join Bantrel as a Recruitment Specialist and be responsible for executing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, championing diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full recruitment process from job postings to onboarding
  • Implement search strategies using various channels
  • Maintain relationships with post-secondary institutions
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes
  • Provide coaching and training to hiring leaders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System
  • Stay informed about industry trends

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of recruitment experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Registered Professional Recruiter designation is an asset
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes
  • Deadline driven and results-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
