Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join a construction company in Abbotsford. This role offers excellent opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee accounts receivable process
Perform bank and visa reconciliations
Handle non-progress draw billing
Enter payroll journal entries
Assist accounts payable team
Assist with project accounting tasks
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA designated or in process
3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred
Experience with high volume AR and Project Accounting desired
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communicator
