Job Description

The IT Support Technician at Employezz will manage first-line IT support, maintain technological assets, and manage system access. They will collaborate with external partners, support the implementation of IT policies, and contribute to employee training.

Responsibilities

Manage first-line IT support requests from employees and escalate incidents to the managed service provider when necessary.
Diagnose, resolve, and document issues related to technological assets (hardware and software).
Install, configure, and maintain technological assets and manage inventory.
Manage system and data access (account creation, password resets, etc.).
Support the implementation of existing IT policies.
Collaborate with the managed IT services provider and escalate issues when needed.
Coordinate work with external partners.
Enhance employees' digital skills by proposing tailored solutions and promoting cybersecurity best practices.
Stay updated on IT trends and propose solutions suitable for the organization.
Perform any other tasks related to their expertise as needed.

Qualifications

College diploma in a technology-related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools: SharePoint, Azure environment (Entra ID).
Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity.
Fluency in written and spoken French, intermediate level of written and spoken English (15% of the time).
