Job Description

Brilliant Property Management is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager with Condominium Industry experience to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Ontario.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of day-to-day condominium operations.
Manage onsite staff and contractors.
Facilitate and attend Board of Directors meetings; prepare meeting notices, reports, and minutes.
Coordinate major capital projects with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Manage budgets and financial reporting for the corporation.
Address resident concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
Maintain effective communication with Boards, residents, and service providers.
Other duties related to successful condominium management.

Qualifications

Current OLCM license in Ontario.
7+ years of experience as a lead manager for mid-size to large condominiums.
Experience managing capital projects totaling $5M+.
Exceptional people skills, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
