Responsibilities

  • Support management in daily operations
  • Perform various administrative tasks (filing, coordination, follow-up)
  • Participate in the preparation and submission of bids according to specifications received
  • Follow up on tenders and ensure proper document management
  • Collaborate on business development initiatives and market analysis
  • Prepare and coordinate promotional mailings to clients and professional firms
  • Organize presentation meetings and ensure logistics
  • Maintain sales-related documents up to date (contracts, bids, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience of 10 to 15 years in an administrative or sales support role
  • Educational background in administration, business management, or related field (DEP, AEC, or DEC)
  • Excellent command of French and English, both orally and in writing
  • Proficiency in office tools and ability to manage priorities effectively
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and teamwork abilities
  • Comfortable collaborating with different teams and maintaining good professional relationships
