Job Description

Health PEI is seeking a Planning and Evaluation Consultant to provide leadership, expert advice, and support for strategic and operational planning, program evaluation, and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice and assistance to Health PEI's Executive and Divisional Leadership
  • Utilize evidence and analysis to make recommendations for program modifications
  • Review governing legislation to ensure consistency and accountability
  • Lead evaluations of organization-wide initiatives
  • Develop change management approaches

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in health or social sciences
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and program evaluation
  • Extensive knowledge of the healthcare system
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
