Job Description

Seeking an Internal Audit Manager to support internal control documentation for SOX purposes, perform SOX onboarding at new locations, and advise management on internal control design.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain internal control documentation for SOX purposes
  • Perform SOX onboarding at new locations
  • Support Management with remediation of internal control deficiencies
  • Execute testing of internal controls and other audit projects
  • Prepare formal audit reports with findings and recommendations
  • Interact with business process owners on new GAAP requirements

Qualifications

  • Accounting Designation
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SOX program
  • Internal/external audit experience
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
