Job Description

Join our team as an ITSM Specialist responsible for Incident, Change, and Problem Management. This role requires strong experience in IT Service Management and proficiency in Power BI for reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient handling of incidents, changes, and problems following ITSM procedures
  • Serve as the point of contact for unresolved incidents, changes, and problems within agreed service levels
  • Manage crisis situations with clear and effective communication
  • Conduct process improvement sessions and lead service improvement meetings
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators and process achievements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in major incident management
  • ITIL Foundation certification required
  • Proficiency in Power BI for reporting
  • Bilingual in English & French or English fluency
