As a Senior Financial Analyst focusing on Retirement and Long-Term Care properties, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on process improvement and developing key performance indicators.
Responsible for producing monthly financial statements, managerial reports, and analyses. Develop benchmarks, dashboards, and models for forecasting and analyzing results. Monitor trends in key performance indicators and participate in developing annual budgets.
Assist with month-end close, prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support the operations department with ad-hoc requests.
3+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst role. Experience in the Long-Term Care or Retirement industry required. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
