Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail business. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Assign sales workers to duties
Hire, train, and schedule staff
Prepare reports on sales and merchandise
Resolve customer issues and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Qualifications

Secondary school graduation certificate
1-7 months of experience
Strong organizational and decision-making skills
Flexibility and reliability
